(bring Your Own Device)
Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) solution will enable flexibility for Jazz employees to use enterprise and/or personally owned devices (laptops, tablets and smartphones) at the workplace, and to use those devices to access privileged company information and applications regardless of the Platform/OS/Device type. Protecting corporate data and network resources while leveraging the benefits of mobility is a constant balancing act. This requires shifting the approach how the end users connect to the corporate infrastructure and use it.
Leveraging the benefits of mobility through non-company
and company assets for users Effectively secure corporate application,
data and network resources Regardless of the Platform / OS / Device type
With the proliferation of mobile devices in the workplace,
employees can, and often do, work from just about anywhere.
To stay productive, this mobile workforce demands consistent
access to corporate resources and data from any geographic
location, on any device. This BYOD trend has brought
about significant challenges for IT administrators
who want to enable enterprise mobility while
ensuring that corporate resources are
protected from unauthorized access.
Jazz (previously Mobilink) is one of the premier customers of
Techaccess Pakistan Ltd. And TAP has recently been
chosen again as preferred partner for deployment
services for Microsoft’s Enterprise
Jazz wished to opt for the Bring Your Own Device concept and
for that they required the best solution available in the
market to manage the heterogeneous environment
of devices including but not limited to Laptops,
Mobiles & Tablets.

in the RFP, where TAP not only managed to win the project
financially but was also given the responsibility of
comprehensive design, setup, installation and
configuration of the solution.
This is the first of its kind deployment in Pakistan in the entire
telecom industry. TAP is a proud partner of Jazz in its
complete deployment. Currently, TAP resources
are in the deployment phase at Jazz.
