Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) solution will enable flexibility for Jazz employees to use enterprise and/or personally owned devices (laptops, tablets and smart phones) to the workplace, and to use those devices to access privileged company information and applications regardless of the Platform/OS/Device type. Protecting corporate data and network resources while leveraging the benefits of mobility is a constant balancing act. This requires shifting the approach how the end users connect to the corporate infrastructure and use it. Jazz intended to have a solution:
Leveraging the benefits of mobility through non-company and company assets for users
Effectively secure corporate application, data and network resources
Regardless of the Platform / OS / Device type
With the proliferation of mobile devices in the workplace, employees can, and do, work from just about anywhere. To stay productive, this mobile workforce demands consistent access to corporate resources and data from any location on any device. This BYOD trend has introduced significant challenges for IT administrators who want to enable enterprise mobility while ensuring that corporate resources are protected from unauthorized access.
